The Price is Right!!, more than what you pay This was as nice lodging as many more expensive places we've stayed on our 10 night trip from Sacramento to San Diego and return. Large screen Samsung tv., Hot Breakfast...no additional charge. Micro wave in room and refrigerator too. Plenty of Jacks for computers, phone etc. Exercise room and pool. And nearby to MANY wine tasting wineries in the area. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is dog friendly, but also has an entire floor that is pet free for people with allergies. Breakfast was actual food, not the deepfried rock hard potatoes that you get at some places!

Great Hotel! The hotel was great! It was very clean, equipped with all the things you need. Staff was very friendly, especially a lady named Sherry at the reception and housekeeping. Overall I stayed very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back.

Family owned and operated, yet efficient like a corporation. Wife and I had a romantic getaway at this budget, yet comfortable hotel. Room was clean, service was amazing, affordable, and delicious hot breakfast. What more can you ask for? Covid precautions taken by hotel. Will be beach soon.

The room was incredibly clean and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked that there was a "living room" with a couch and 2nd TV. Breakfast was restaurant quality and included with the stay. Ample parking with some shaded spots. The bed was high quality but not for everyone - I personally need firmer beds and woke up on this one with some soreness. The room was a little pricier than the surrounding hotels. Location is great if you want seclusion but nighttime activities are only downtown, which luckily is about a 5-minute drive away.

We would choose this location again if we were making last-minute plans. The staff was very accommodating and patient with a request for a room adjustment we had early on. The room was clean and not a cracker box. It was a nice size room with 2 queen beds. The beds were good, but not heaven, which I didn't expect heaven. The items in the room were all working, like lights, etc. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff did a great job each day cleaning the bathroom -- they currently don't make the beds due to covid. The breakfast was still available, but was served to you individually as you stood in line to place your order. So the pictures on the website were a little different from the reality, but the breakfast was still available. It's not walking distance to downtown, but within a mile and a half. All in all, it was well worth our time.

We spent a long weekend in PR and stayed at The Oaks. They take COVID precautions seriously and the place is very clean. They offer a hot breakfast boxed up for you and although it's not a buffet, the staff is efficient and very friendly. The drain in our shower was draining slowly and after mentioning this, the problem was taken care of quickly. This us a nice place to stay close to downtown.

We had an excellent stay at the Oaks Hotel this past weekend. Highlights: the room was clean, sanitized, and had some special touches like robes and complimentary slippers that really elevated the experience. The check in experience with Cheryl was streamlined and informative, she was so thoughtful and detailed and super friendly! Jim at breakfast was a sincere pleasure. He brightened our morning and their breakfast option (a full plate of eggs, two pancakes, bacon, sausage and coffee/juice) was delicious! We commented multiple times during our stay at how pleasantly surprised we were with the Oaks and certainly will return when we visit Paso Robles again. Thank you for the memorable and comfortable stay!

I loved this place. They had shampoo, conditioner, and soap that smelled really good. A nice robe, fluffy slippers, and comfy pillows. It was like heaven. Every room has a microwave and a mini fridge for you to keep your leftovers. They have a pet relief area out back and Tesla charging stations. If you have any other electric vehicle, I think you have to pay to charge.

Check in and out easy, Breakfast was smooth even with Covid 19 rules. Breakfast was a bid in consistent in quantity and how cook for the two days. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness of room, Seem to be a bit untidy on room desk top, side tables. we sprayed Lysol on the tops since they had water rings and we ended with a dirty towel when done.

We've been coming here for a couple of years now, and it keeps exceeding our expectations. The rooms are beautifully appointed, very clean, and during Covid they are doing everything in their power to make our stay wonderful. They still are serving a HOT BREAKFAST- eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, juice and hot drinks. You bring it to your room or eat outside on a beautiful patio. The pool lounge chairs have thick pads, there's a microwave and fridge in the room, the water pressure is strong in the showers- all the creature comforts that are important to me and then some. The desk and couch lounge area in each room makes it feel like a suite. The attitude of the people running this place is helpful and you really feel like a guest. I wish they could train the rest of the hotel world! We've just been on a road trip spending 2 nights at a time in 5 hotels and I wish we could pick this place up and move it to our new location each time!

We were hesitant to book, because we've never heard of this hotel before. It was close to our excursions, so we went for it. No regrets! Excellent price for it's quality. Great customer service! Breakfast was packed to go due to Covid. Room has microwave, mini fridge, a standard couch, bath robes and slippers. King bed and pillows were also comfy.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, my king room was spacious. Lots of pillows to choose from and an extra blanket in the closet so I didn’t have to ask. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager I spoke to was very understanding when I needed to modify my reservation to leave early due to a death. I will definitely stay again.

Our hotel stay was amazing! The service and safety was awesome. The room was serviced and everyone had their masks on and keeping distance . The breakfast was delicious it was a breakfast we could take back to our room there were not more than 10 cars in the parking lot and it was nice and spacious! In the lobby.

We stayed at his property during the Covid pandemic. While most hotels that offered a free breakfast provided a breakfast bag consisting of something like a granola bar, fruit juice and a piece of fruit. The Oaks provided a made to order breakfast that consisted of eggs, country potatoes, bacon, sausage and either toast, pancakes or waffles.

Comfortable stay for visiting Paso Robles wine country! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with the creature comforts to enjoy your stay - large sitting area with couch, all the outlets you need for electronic devices, great assortment of pillows, coffee machine, and good-sized fridge! The variety of breakfast items was pretty good, however, the cook-to-serve items were a little overdone (scrambled eggs, pancakes). The best things I found were the oatmeal and fresh fruit. The staff was very friendly and always checking back with us.

My stay was awesome I would definitely go back, but you need to work on your employee Maria Everything was nice expect the part where everything closed down due to covid and we had to cut or trip short. I called that Monday with an issue regarding a refund and an employee named MARIA was very very rude. Ended up calling back and spoke to Alise which was very very nice and helpful.

First time at this location. Service was fabulous, every interaction with a staff member was amazing. So very accommodating. Hope they can keep it up, as we will never again stay at the Best Western or Adalaide Inn again. Had a made-to-order breakfast included when so many other hotels charge the same, do not make the effort to offer a breakfast of any sort!

This hotel did a great job of the COVID accommodation- great options for breakfast (a nice full breakfast to go or inside or outside seating)/ clean/ easy to use elevators (only 3 floors) never had to ride with anyone. Good job guys!

Room is immaculately clean and nicely decorated with a small seating area; the bed is incredibly comfortable with lots of soft pillows and fitted bottom sheet (not a flat sheet that comes undone- a pet peeve of mine). The bathroom has enough light that you can actually put on your makeup, and comfy robes! Location is convenient without being too close to noisy traffic. A good breakfast is included. The hotel is truly dog friendly, not just dog tolerant, and it doesn't gouge on pet fees. We've stayed here six times and this hotel always exceeds expectations. Nothing. This hotel knows how to do everything right.

Awesome hotel, very close to old town and restaurants. Their breakfast is quite amazing, great staff serving you, since is take out you just go down to the restaurant and they call you when ready, everything they have is made to order so the flavor is quite good. Front desk eager to help and welcome you. I'll stay here again, there is 5 of us staying and the 2 queen room also include also a sofa bed which is great for my princess to sleep comfortably.
